Tanya Morgan - Be You
Sorry no download for this one. Just wanted to slap some of you in the face if your sleeping on this hip hop group from the east coast named Tanya Morgan. Group members include Donwill and Ilyas, and MC/producer Von Pea. Donwill and Ilyas are from Cincinnati, while Von Pea is from Brooklyn.
Anyway all you De La Soul, Tribe, Pac Div and Cool Kids fans should check these guys out. They formed in 2003 and released their first major release in 2006 titled "Moonlighting" to relative success. I've been giving them a lot of ear lately and now more then ever after they recently dropped their second major album Brooklynati.
Anyway check them out on myspace if the samples I provided aren't enough to whet your appetite.
